Code 60

The Code 60 master plan designed by DFA maximizes the 20 acre site with 1, 85,000 square meter of built up area. The site is entitled of mixed-use development: the hotel tower, residential towers and villas, retail complexes, and the office towers. Each of them claims its own idiosyncratically designed form to celebrate its vibrant and captivating use with erratic heights of the towers gradually increasing towards the south of the site. The design of the thirty five level high-rise hotel situated in the heart of the development, was inspired by the allure and sensuality of its verticality right in the centre, at the tangent of the Green Oval of the premises.
